Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Liberty Stock Markets GmbH, Karlsplatz 3, 80335 Munich, phone: +49 (0) 8193 2430 604, e-mail: kundenservice@libertystockmarkets.de, contact: Liberty Stock Markets contact form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Exclusion of revocation
The right of withdrawal expires if the consumer has consented to Liberty Stock Markets GmbH commencing performance before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. An order, and thus immediate access by the consumer to the contents of the ordered product (Basic, Standard or Professional) after confirmed/successful payment, is only possible if the GTC, the data protection declaration and the waiver of the right of objection have been agreed to beforehand.
